i was almost ready to rave about this ‘gorgeous’ hotel, but the appalling service and constant drama at check-in ruined it. being ignored while waiting for water service was just unacceptable. if only they prioritized all guests, not just the influencers. a welcome gift would’ve really helped my special occasion! absoluteley missed opportunity.
